Girls Mentorship Trend Report - Fentanyl Test Strips Banned In 42 States, But Should They Be?

F*ntanyl test strips can help save lives, yet most states ban them as “Drug Paraphernalia”. While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention & most public health agencies endorse distributing fentanyl test strips, the practice is now illegal in 42 states & the District of Columbia.
Why it matters: As much as we don’t want to think our kids would, whether is peer pressure or a willingness to experiment many middle school & high school students unknowingly ingest f*ntanyl thinking it’s something “safer” like Xanax to help them sleep or get through a test. Having access to testing strips does not increase the chances your kids will experiment will drugs, instead it could save their lives.
