Because this is our very first group of POWER Facilitators, we're keeping enrollment intentionally personal. Before we hand over something we've spent six years building, we want to know the women we're handing it to.
Not their perfect résumé.
Not whether they have all the “right” credentials.
Not whether they've facilitated a room before.
We want to know YOU.

You don't need to be a teacher.
You don't need to be a therapist.
You don't need a girls' program already built.
And you definitely don't need to have your entire plan figured out.
That's what the training is for.
We're looking for women who care deeply about girls, take this work seriously, and are excited to learn.
