The essential logistics to help you plan your week

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM CAMP
Everything we do at camp is rooted in our signature P.O.W.E.R. framework
These arenât just concepts we talk aboutâtheyâre skills your daughter will practice all week long through games, conversations, challenges, and real-life moments.

â What This Camp Is
âď¸ A space for girls to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and develop real-life skills
âď¸ A high-energy, interactive environment where girls learn by doingânot just listening
âď¸ A place where girls are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones and try new things
âď¸ A supportive community where every girl belongs, regardless of personality, background, or where sheâs starting from
âď¸ An experience designed to help your daughter grow, connect, and start seeing herself in a new light
â ď¸ What This Camp Is Not
â Therapy
We create a supportive and safe environment, which can feel therapeutic in nature, but we do not diagnose, treat, or replace professional support.Â
â A guaranteed âfixâ
Growth doesnât happen overnight. We provide tools, language, and experiencesâbut what your daughter does with them continues beyond camp.
â A place for debate on heavy/divisive topics
We intentionally avoid political, religious, or âhot topicâ conversations in group settings so every girl can feel safe, included, and free to be herself.
â Passive
This isnât a sit-back-and-listen experience. Confidence is built through action, participation, and trying thingsâeven when it feels uncomfortable.
 đ˘ THE CAMP EXPERIENCE
(A.K.A. THE ROLLERCOASTER)
 đ What if she's nervous?
We hear this all the time:
âShe says she doesnât want to goâŚâ
âSheâs nervous.â
âShe doesnât know what to expectâŚâ
Let us be the first to say:
That. Is. Totally. Normal. đÂ
đ§ The Unknown
Humans (especially growing ones) donât love the unknown.
When something feels new, our brainâs first instinct is to say: âNo thanks, weâre good.â
So if your daughter is feeling hesitant, unsure, or even a little resistantâŚ
đ Nothing's wrong.
đ It does not mean that camp isnât a fit.
Outside of the comfort zone is where growth begins, don't rob her of a valuable opportunity to experience that because she's nervous.
Camp isnât one steady, perfect experience.
Itâs a little bit of everything, and thatâs exactly how itâs designed.
Hereâs what a typical week looks like:
CAMP MAGICâ¨
SECRET BUDDY - Small Gestures. Big Impact. Lifelong Skills.
LOVE NOTES - Words That Build. Encouragement That Lasts.
TALENT SHOW - Brave Moments. Big Growth.
GUEST SPEAKERS - Real Women. Real Stories. Real Inspiration.
BRAG TAGS - Putting The Lessons Into Action.
POWER UP CHALLENGES - Daily Wins. Visible Growth.
đ¨ DAILY BUILD KIT (WHAT TO BRING + SNACKS, SWAG & MORE)
Hereâs everything your daughter will need to feel prepared, comfortable, and fueled for the day:
đ The Daily Must-Haves
âď¸ Packed lunch
Just like a school day!
We do not have refrigeration, so plan accordingly.
âď¸ Water bottle
Arizona heat + full days = hydration is key.
âď¸ A light sweater (optional)
Some rooms can get a little chilly, so itâs always good to have one just in case.
âď¸ Money for Snack Shack (optional)
Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay all work đ
𼪠Snack Shack
We build in really well-timed breaks throughout the day, so if your daughter gets a little hungry, sheâll have the chance to grab something.
Hereâs what to expect:
- Snacks range from $1â$3
- Think: Poppi, water, chips, candy⌠all the crowd favorites
- If she forgets lunch, weâve got backup options like:
đ Cup of noodles
đ Mac & cheese
đ Uncrustables
đ Our Peer Leaders run the Snack Shack
(so theyâre getting real-life reps while your girls grab a snack đ)
đ Camp Merch
Along with everyone's favorite snacks, weâll also have a little shop set up during the week with:
- Vintage camp tees from previous years
- All priced at $10 and under
- Stickers and fun extras
Itâs a fun way for girls to take a little piece of camp home with them đ
đŤ No Food Delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
We learned this one the hard way đ
A couple years ago, some girls could order food, others couldnât & it created more of a divide than we anticipated.
Add in:
Random delivery drivers on campus
The logistics of coordinating pickups mid-day
And it just wasnât the vibe so now we keep it simple:
đ Packed lunches + Snack Shack = weâre covered
PHONE POLICY
We're not anti-phone â we're pro-presence.
Phones and smartwatches stay out of sight during camp sessions and are only used at designated times.
đŠ WHAT TO EXPECT FROM USÂ
We know dropping your daughter off for a full day (especially in a new environment) can come with a mix of excitement and curiosityâfor you, too.
Hereâs how weâll keep you in the loop:
 đŹ Daily Preview Emails
Each evening, youâll receive a preview of the day ahead.
Weâll share:
- What your daughter is stepping into
- The theme or focus of the day
- Highlights to look out for
This gives you a window into her experience & helps you support her without needing to pull every detail out of her when you pick her up.
đ¸ Photo Stream
Weâll also be sharing moments from the week through our photo stream.
While we do our best to capture the magic, our priority will always be:
đ being present with the girls
đ creating the experience (not documenting every second)
So think of photos as little glimpses, not a full play-by-play. Access Photo Stream HERE
đŹ HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT HER
â Normalize the ups and downs
Let her know itâs okay to feel all the feelsâit means sheâs growing.
â Encourage connection
Remind her that every girl is walking in with a mix of excitement and nerves.
â Trust the process
Growth doesnât always look perfect in the momentâbut itâs happening.
â Donât press for details right away
Some girls need time to process.
(We all know how the âHow was your day?â âFine.â conversation goes đ
)
đ Continuing the Journey
Camp doesnât have to be a one-week experience.
If youâre looking for ways to keep the momentum going, for your daughter and for you... weâve created a couple of options to support you both beyond camp:
Power Pep Rally (For Her)
A post-camp experience kicking off in July to help girls reconnect with what they learned, build confidence, and head into the school year feeling grounded and ready.
- Reinforces what she learned at camp
So the confidence and skills donât fade after one week - Builds momentum heading into the school year
Helping her feel more prepared, grounded, and sure of herself - Keeps her connected to the community
Because growth is easier (and more fun) when sheâs not doing it alone
