We empower girls to be the best versions of themselves.

7 in 10 girls believe...

that they are not good enough or don’t measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school and relationships with friends and family members.

Thank you for stopping by our little corner of the internet to learn about the impact we’re making in the lives of young women. We hope you’ll come along for the ride!

Our programs are designed with the intention to help facilitate personal growth through social-emotional learning for both middle and high school aged girls.

November's workshop is all about developing a growth mindset!

Does your daughter know that she can do hard things or are her attempts easily thwarted by the dreaded declaration of, “I don’t know” or “I can’t?”

We get it, parenting is not always a walk in the park and sometimes it can be easier to simply accept that answer and move on or complete the task for her. In reality, our kiddos are way more capable (more than we may like to admit) than we realize. The difference between knowing they can and being stopped in their tracks before they really even get started is their mindset.
And the way to foster growth within their mindset is to challenge them to flex that muscle as often as possible.
Give her a chance to start working on it by signing her up using the link below!

“She's even reframed what she learned to help me rethink and see things differently and in a positive light, rather than negatively. It's so refreshing to hear her said what I learned from Girls Mentorship and use it for good..”

parent of mentee

“Her self-confidence has improved in being firm in what she believes.”
