An Internship Experience Designed for Peer Leaders

We wanted to give your girl the chance to go beyond her Peer Leader role and earn meaningful, structured service hours while getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a real organization runs.

This is designed for girls who want to contribute more, learn more, and gain experience they can actually talk about in interviews, applications, and leadership opportunities.

What’s Included

• Up to 10 verified service hours
• Certificate of completion
• Eligibility for a letter of recommendation
• Hands-on experience supporting real camp operations

How It Works

Girls will have opportunities to earn hours across several areas of camp operations, including:

Event Setup & Operations
→ Support decor installation, space prep, and end-of-week breakdown

Business & Merchandising
→ Assist with Snack Shack shifts, inventory, and customer experience

Marketing & Content Support
→ Help capture approved camp moments, contribute ideas, and learn about responsible storytelling and digital presence

Service hour opportunities will be scheduled in advance & shared with families.

Important to Know

Leadership Lab involves responsibilities beyond the standard Peer Leader role. Some service hour opportunities will be available before camp starts as well as after it ends, but the majority will be earned during the camp day.

Spots are intentionally limited so we can provide proper oversight, guidance, and meaningful opportunities for each participant.
