One Trusted Adult Can Change the Direction of a Girl's Life.
Become THAT adult.
Learn the proven Girls Mentorship framework used to help thousands of girls build confidence, strengthen friendships, and discover the leader already inside them.
*Founding Facilitator enrollment is by application*
Not because we’re interested in gatekeeping this work, we’re not. This is our first POWER Facilitator cohort, and we want the opportunity to get to know the women who will be carrying it into their communities.
Partners With:
When You Become a Certified POWER Facilitator, You Won't Just Leave With a Curriculum, You'll Walk Away Able To...
Lead with confidence instead of
second-guessing yourself.
Walk into every session knowing exactly what to say, how to say it, and how to guide girls through meaningful conversations that actually stick.
Create the kind of environment where girls
feel safe enough to open up.
Learn how to build trust, encourage participation, and create a space where girls feel seen, heard, and valued, not judged.
Coach girls through real-life challenges instead of simply giving advice.
Whether they're navigating friendship drama, self-doubt, comparison, or big emotions, you'll know how to guide the conversation in a way that helps girls discover the answer for themselves.
Teach confidence as a skill,
not a personality trait.
Help girls build confidence, emotional resilience, healthy friendships, and leadership through experiences they practice, not just lessons they hear.
Become the trusted adult every girl deserves to have in her corner.
Because at the end of the day, girls won't remember every activity you led. They'll remember how you made them feel & who you helped them become.
The Village Didn't Disappear. It Just Changed.
There was a time when girls naturally had more places to belong.
More trusted adults.
More age-appropriate spaces.
More opportunities to learn who they were alongside people who knew them.
Today, those spaces are fewer and farther between.
Instead, girls are growing up in a world where the loudest voices often come from people who've never met them.
Algorithms influence them.
Comment sections shape them.
Social media accelerates them toward adulthood before they've had the chance to simply be girls.
At the very same time, the adults who care deeply about them are carrying more than ever.
Teachers are being asked to educate, counsel, manage behavior, support mental health, and navigate increasingly complex classrooms.
Coaches, youth leaders, and mentors are doing everything they can with limited time, limited resources, and very little training for the emotional realities girls are bringing into those spaces.
The need has never been greater. The support has never been thinner.
And yet...
Girls still need trusted adults. They still need places where they can ask questions without judgment and practice leadership without performance. They need to build confidence through experience, not comparison. They still need someone who knows how to guide the conversation when life gets messy.
That's where the POWER Method comes in.
Because girls need more adults who know how to create the kinds of spaces that have quietly disappeared.
Girls haven't stopped needing a village, the village just looks different now...
& that's where you come in...
01.
Maybe you're the teacher who sees what's happening between the lines.
You know the lesson plan isn't always the lesson. You've watched girls withdraw, struggle with friendships, question their worth, or carry burdens they don't have the words for. You want to help—but there never seems to be enough time, enough training, or enough support.
02.
Maybe you're already the trusted adult girls naturally gravitate toward.
You're a coach. A troop leader. A youth pastor. A mentor. Maybe you're the mom whose house all the girls seem to end up at after school.
You've become the safe place.
Now you want the confidence and tools to intentionally lead those conversations instead of simply hoping you say the right thing.
03.
Or maybe you've been quietly thinking...
"Someone should be doing more for girls."
And lately, that thought has changed. Now it's...
"Maybe I'm supposed to be that someone."
You want to make a difference.
You just haven't had the framework to begin.
Wanting to Help Girls Is What Brings You Here.
Knowing How to Help Them Is What You'll Learn Here.
The women who become incredible POWER Facilitators don't start out feeling confident.
They start out feeling called.
Called to help.
Called to mentor.
Called to create something better for the girls in their community.
But calling alone isn't enough.
Because the moment you step in front of a group of girls...
Good intentions quickly become questions.
"How do I keep them engaged?"
"How do I handle hard conversations?"
"How do I build confidence instead of just talking about it?"
That's exactly what the POWER Method teaches.
Most Programs Teach You What to Teach.
The POWER Method Teaches You How to Lead.
Because there is a big difference between getting through a lesson plan & knowing how to read the room. Between talking about confidence & creating experiences where girls get to practice it. Between giving girls advice & guiding them toward discoveries they can own for themselves.
That's the difference between delivering curriculum and facilitating transformation.
Girls don't need another adult talking at them. They need spaces where they feel safe enough to speak, seen enough to participate, and supported enough to grow.
The POWER Method teaches you how to create those spaces. You're not just learning what to teach. You're learning how to make it land.
HUMBLE • OPEN • TRANSPARENT
Power gives you the framework. We teach you the skills. Being HOT teaches you how to make it yours.
HUMBLE enough to know you don't need all the answers.
OPEN enough to stay curious, read the room, and follow the conversation where it needs to go.
TRANSPARENT enough to be human, share appropriately, and let girls see that growth doesn't require perfection.
The magic isn't in becoming Jill & Mary.
It's learning how to use your personality, your humor, your experiences, and your way of connecting to bring the POWER Method to life. A quiet teacher can be HOT. A hilarious troop leader can be HOT. A deeply empathetic coach can be HOT. A mom who has never formally facilitated anything can be HOT.
HOT gives you principles for how to show up authentically, not a personality you're supposed to perform.
You need fidelity to facilitate the method but you need YOU for the rest.
THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES
INTRODUCING THE POWER METHOD
The POWER Method is the complete training, curriculum, and facilitator certification we wish existed when we started working with girls.
It's six years of lessons learned on gym floors, in classrooms, at summer camps, inside small groups, and through thousands of conversations with girls, distilled into a step-by-step system you can learn, lead, and make your own.
No piecing together activities from Pinterest.
No Sunday-night scramble to figure out what you're teaching tomorrow.
No standing in front of a room hoping the conversation lands.
We've built the framework.
We've tested the lessons.
We've learned what gets girls talking and what shuts them down.
We've made the mistakes, refined the process, and packaged what works.
Now we're handing it to you.
We didn't want to hand you these lessons and say,
“Good luck!”
So we built everything around the curriculum, too.
The training to understand it.
The methodology to lead it.
The walkthroughs to see it in action.
The preparation for when conversations get hard.
And the tools and support to confidently make it your own.
EVERYTHING YOU GET WHEN YOU BECOME
A POWER FACILITATOR.
Built to take you from “I want to lead girls” → “I’m READY to facilitate.”
HERE'S WHAT'S INSIDE:
THE 'WOW, IT’S YOU' EXPERIENCE
We believe how you welcome people matters.
From the moment you step inside the POWER Method, we want you to experience the same warmth, connection, and “we're so glad you're here” energy we work hard to create for every girl who enters our programs.
Because before we teach you how to create belonging, we want you to experience it from us.
THE POWER FRAMEWORK
Perspective. Ownership. Worthiness. Empowerment. Reassurance.
These five pillars are the foundation of everything we teach & the framework you'll learn to use when helping girls navigate the real stuff: friendships, comparison, boundaries, self-talk, big emotions, using their voice, and more.
POWER isn't five topics girls learn once and forget.
It's a lens they can use to navigate life.
You'll learn what each pillar means, how they work together, and how to bring them into conversations and experiences in ways girls can actually understand and use.
BECOMING A HOT LEADER
Humble. Open. Transparent.
Great facilitation isn't just about knowing the lesson. It's knowing how to BE in the room so girls trust you enough to engage with it.
You'll learn the facilitation moves we've refined over years of leading real groups of girls: how to read the room, build connection quickly, get girls talking, redirect the energy when things go sideways, and bring a distracted room back together without losing the relationship.
Most importantly, HOT teaches you how to do all of it as yourself. You don't need our personalities. You need the skills to confidently lead with yours.
HANDLING THE HARD STUFF
Because when girls feel safe enough to open up, sometimes they tell you things you weren't expecting to hear.
And in those moments, good intentions aren't enough. You need to know your role, your responsibilities, and what happens next.
You'll learn how to respond when a girl shares something heavy, what you can and can't say, when a situation needs to be escalated, and the mandatory reporting responsibilities that come with working with young people.
We'll also cover something that's often forgotten: you.
How to process a difficult session, recognize what isn't yours to carry, and take care of yourself after holding space for something hard.
BEFORE YOU TEACH
The best facilitation starts before girls ever walk through the door.
Learn the practical rhythms that make a session run smoothly: the 15-Minute Rule, the first five minutes, room setup, opening and closing rituals, and your Facilitator Checklist.
These details may not be glamorous, but they're what allow you to stop managing logistics and start being fully present with the girls in front of you.
It's the stuff most facilitators learn the hard way. We've already done that part for you.
THE 6 POWER LESSONS
You'll receive six complete, ready-to-facilitate lessons built around the POWER Framework, each with facilitator guides, professionally designed slide decks, activities, handouts, and everything you need to walk into the room prepared.
Every lesson includes a Facilitator Walkthrough with Jill or Mary, where we take you through the session as if we were personally onboarding you to lead it.
We'll show you:
- what we're trying to accomplish and why
- where to slow down and let the conversation breathe
- where girls tend to get stuck
- the questions that get them talking
- common facilitator missteps
- where you can make the lesson your own without losing fidelity to the method
We've built it. We've led it. We've refined it. Now we're handing you the playbook.
THE FACILITATOR COMMUNITY
The first time you lead, you'll notice things. A girl will respond in a way you didn't expect. An activity will take a turn. You'll have a win you can't wait to share or a moment you want another set of eyes on.
That's why your certification includes access to the POWER Facilitator Community: a place to ask questions, share what's working, learn from other facilitators, and continue getting support from us as you put the Method into practice.
You're not handed a curriculum, certified, and sent on your way. You have a room to come back to.
Becoming a great facilitator doesn't happen the moment you finish the training. It happens every time you lead.
YOUR LICENSE + WHAT'S NEXT
Complete your certification and receive your official POWER Facilitator License, giving you the ability to bring the curriculum into your own community.
But we don't want your training to end with a certificate you hang on the wall.
Whether you want to bring it into the school where you already teach, add it to the work you're already doing, or create something entirely your own, you'll leave understanding how to take your certification off the screen and into the room.
We'll also walk you through license renewal, what's ahead for POWER Facilitators, and how you can continue growing with us.
Because certification isn't the finish line. It's permission to begin.
BY THE END OF THIS PROGRAM YOU’LL BE A
01.
ROOM-COMMANDER
You’ll walk into any room, on any day, with any group of girls, and know how to set the tone in the first five minutes. No more winging it. You’ll have the moves to turn restless energy into focus and hold the room without ever raising your voice.
02.
SIGNAL-READER
You’ll learn to read what girls aren’t saying: who’s checking out, who’s about to melt down, who just needs a minute. You’ll catch the shift before it becomes a problem, and know exactly how to meet it.
03.
FRAMEWORK-FLEXER
You won’t just know the POWER lessons, you’ll understand the thinking behind them. Enough to adapt in real time, follow a girl’s lead, adjust for your group, and still protect what makes the Method work.
Because mastery isn’t following a script perfectly. It’s knowing when and how to flex it.
WHO POWER IS BUILT FOR.
Quick check: if you’ve been waiting for permission to do this work formally, this is it.
THE SCHOOL CREW
TEACHERS, COUNSELORS, SCHOOL STAFF
You already know the girls. You see the friendship dynamics, the confidence dips, the big emotions, and the conversations that don't exactly fit into the day's lesson plan.
POWER gives you a proven framework to meet those moments with more than good intentions.
Bring it into advisory, small groups, after-school programming, leadership classes, or other spaces your school already has—without spending your Sunday night piecing together another lesson from scratch.
You get the curriculum, facilitator training, activities, slides, and language to lead it confidently, with the flexibility to make it work inside your school, with your girls.
THE BOLT-ON CREW
TROOP LEADERS, COACHES, DANCE STUDIO OWNERS, YOUTH PASTORS
You already have the community. And chances are, you're already navigating the same friendship drama, confidence struggles, comparison, communication, and big emotions we see everywhere else.
The problems don't disappear because the location changes.
Bring a POWER lesson into troop meetings. Add it to team development. Build it into your dance season, youth programming, summer programs, or leadership experiences.
You don't have to create an entirely new program.
POWER strengthens the one you've already built.
Your girls still get the sport, activity, community, or experience they came for—now with intentional opportunities to build the skills that help them become stronger teammates, better friends, clearer communicators, and more confident leaders.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD MOM
AKA: THE MOM WHO'S DONE WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO GO WRONG.
You can see it coming.
Friendships are shifting. Cliques are forming. Social pressure is getting louder. And you're thinking, “Why are we waiting until there's a problem to give these girls tools?”
You don't need another one-time speaker or assembly.
You want a place where girls can come together consistently, talk about what's actually happening, and practice the skills they'll need before the stakes get higher.
POWER gives you a proven curriculum and the training to create that space yourself—for your daughter and the girls growing up alongside her.
You see the need. We'll give you what you need to do something about it.
THE BUILDER
WOMEN WHO KNOW THEY'RE MEANT TO DO SOMETHING MORE FOR GIRLS
Maybe you've said it for years:
“I've always wanted to work with girls.”
You know you want to create something meaningful for girls in your community. You can picture the room. The conversations. The girls who could benefit.
You just don't know how to get from the idea to actually doing it.
That's where POWER gives you a place to start.
Instead of spending time trying to build everything from scratch, you'll have a proven framework, complete curriculum, facilitator training, certification, and license to build from.
Start with one group. One workshop. One room full of girls. Learn. Lead. Grow from there.
You don't need to have the whole thing figured out. You just need somewhere proven to begin.

WHY START NOW
01. FOUNDING FACILITATOR PRICING.
The women who go first get something special.
Our first cohort isn't just buying the POWER Method—they're becoming the Founding POWER Facilitators who help us take six years of work beyond the rooms we've been able to reach ourselves.
So we're honoring the women willing to go first with our lowest-ever Founding Facilitator rate.
Get in early. Lock in your rate. And forever get to say you were here at the beginning.
02. SMALL BY DESIGN.
We're keeping our first cohort intentionally small because we want to know the women who go first.
That's also why Founding Facilitator enrollment begins with an application.
This isn't about having the perfect credentials or convincing us you're “good enough.” We want to understand who you are, why this work matters to you, and how you hope to bring POWER to girls in your community.
We want to hear what's working, answer your questions, learn alongside you, and support you as you lead for the first time.
More connection. More support. More room to learn together.
As POWER grows, we may not always be able to begin this personally.
But for our Founding Facilitators, we can.
03. THE GIRLS AREN'T WAITING.
They're growing up right now.
They're navigating friendships right now. Forming beliefs about themselves right now. Learning whose voices to trust, how much space they're allowed to take up, and who they think they're supposed to become—right now.
There will always be a reason to wait until next semester, next season, next year.
Girlhood doesn't wait with you.
If you've been feeling the pull to do this work, maybe the question isn't “Am I ready?”
Maybe it's...
“How many more girls could I reach if I started now?”
The best time to start was when it was placed on your heart. The second best is right now.
MEET JILL & MARY
SIX YEARS, THOUSANDS OF GIRLS & DOZENS OF SCHOOLS LATER, WE'VE BUILT POWER INTO SOMETHING WE KNOW WORKS, BECAUSE WE'VE WATCHED IT WORK, OVER AND OVER, WITH REAL GIRLS IN REAL ROOMS.
This program is what we wish we'd had when we started. It's the method that turned the two of us from women who LOVED girls into facilitators girls TRUST.
Now we're handing it to you. ✨
JILL & MARY
ONE FACILITATOR’S FIRST 90 DAYS.
FROM “I KNOW I’M SUPPOSED TO DO THIS” TO ACTUALLY DOING IT.
Marcy was living in Nebraska when she heard us on a podcast. She wasn't running a girls' program. She didn't have years of facilitation experience or a perfectly mapped-out plan. She was and still is a full blown CPA. But she just knew.
Something about this work clicked, and she reached out because she wanted to figure out how to bring something like it to girls in her own community. So, we took her under our wing and over the next six months, we helped Marcy turn that pull into a plan, sharing what we'd learned, helping her think through the experience, and supporting her as she worked through all the “Can I actually do this?” moments that come with starting something new.
And then...She did it.
Marcy created and led her first one-day workshop for girls in Nebraska. The girls showed up, Marcy showed up & an idea became something real.
Watching her go from “I feel like I'm supposed to do this” to actually standing in a room serving girls was incredible.
It also showed us something important: There are women like Marcy everywhere. Women who care deeply about girls, who feel pulled toward this work and are totally capable of leading it. They don't need to spend six years figuring out everything we had to figure out. They need a framework, the right tools, and someone to show them the way.
That's exactly why we built the POWER Method.
THE GIRLS IN YOUR LIFE CAN’T WAIT.
The girl in your classroom. The girl on your team. The girl at your kitchen table. The girl in your community who hasn’t found anyone like YOU yet.
You already know you’re going to do this work.
The only question is whether you do it with a framework refined on thousands of girls across hundreds of schools, or keep building it from scratch on Sunday nights.
You don’t have to be us. You just have to start.
QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE SITTING WITH.
I’m not a teacher or therapist. Do I qualify to do this?
How is POWER different from existing SEL or leadership curricula?
Why is there an application process?
What happens if a girl says something heavy in my session?
Can I charge for sessions I lead using POWER?
NOT READY TO COMMIT?
DON’T DISAPPEAR.
If the timing isn’t right yet, don’t walk away empty-handed. Grab a spot on the waitlist and stay close. When you’re ready, we’ll be right here.
